For the straightening cylinder, after the reinforcing bars come out of the material rack, they enter this cylinder. By appropriately adjusting the adjusting screws of the straightening blocks, the straightening blocks are fastened at different eccentric positions to facilitate the straightening of reinforcing bars of different specifications or properties.


The straightening schemes include Gaussian curve type, sine curve type and cosine curve type, which are respectively applicable to reinforcing bars of different diameters and different yield strengths.


After straightening multiple rebars, the straightening blocks will wear out. At this point, eccentricity adjustment should be made to ensure the straightening effect. To straighten the main drive box and the traction pressure roller of the machine, the mechanical reduction mechanism inside the drive box reduces the motor speed and drives the main pressure roller (upper pressure roller) to rotate. When loading materials, turn an eccentric handle to lift the upper pressure roller and pass the steel bars through the V-shaped groove between the upper pressure roller and the lower pressure roller (passive pressure roller). Then, turn the eccentric handle in the opposite direction to lower the upper pressure roller, and the upper and lower pressure rollers will hold the steel bars. The material is pressed between the two pressure rollers, and the magnitude of the adjusted reinforcing bar force depends on the clamping force between the pressure rollers. There is a spring connected to the connecting rod mechanically linked to the upper pressure roller. This spring exerts pressure on the upper pressure roller. The traction force of the pressure roller is directly proportional to the pressure. Therefore, different spring pressures should be selected for steel bars of different diameters and materials to better hold and pull the steel bars. Meanwhile, to prevent the continuous cutting phenomenon during shearing, there should be obvious slippage between the steel bars and the pressure roller when the steel bars are pushed and stopped. Therefore, the adjustment of the spring pressure is crucial for the normal operation of the straightening machine
